Despite all of the people moaning and complaining from so many people, the guy that checked us in couldn’t have been any nicer! It was as if everything were going very smoothly. Since we had the CC change, we had to wait in another line to deal with a person. Since we were checking in early, the kiosk was going to charge us $15, which I was fine with since we just wanted to get a room right away. I guess I am old school and like to talk with a person when checking in, making sure we are getting the best room we can get (close to the elevators, NOT overlooking the pool area, etc). Also, we needed to use a different CC for our room, and the kiosk was not able to handle that. Yes, Flamingo still has the check-in kiosks, but when we were trying to check in, it seemed like everyone was having some sort of issue, and there was only one person there to help.
